She Turned Over Four Menopause Supplements. This Is the Formula She Chose.
Meryl did not compare how the bottle looked. She compared what each label actually disclosed, how broadly the formulas were built, and whether the daily routine was realistic for her.

Competitor figures checked against published labels or NIH label records in August 2026. Formulas can change.
“I wanted something that took the full picture seriously.”
Meryl is fifty-three, a school administrator outside Columbus.
- The symptoms built for six months before she saw her gynecologist: hot flashes, nights she could not sleep, brain fog that was starting to reach her work.
- Her doctor put HRT on the table and agreed that, given her mother's history, it was reasonable to try something else first.
- Her mother had spent most of her fifties guessing. Meryl did not want to.
- So she read for two weeks, skeptical of another product, and instead of comparing promises she turned the bottles around: Estroven, Amberen, Menopace and Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony, then Still You.
- Before adding anything she called her doctor's office and got the go-ahead.
So She Stopped Reading the Front of the Bottle.
So she ignored all of that and used three questions:
- Can I see the core amounts? Not merely whether an ingredient appears somewhere on the label.
- Was it built for more than one part of the experience?Because she was not shopping for only one concern.
- Will I realistically take it every day?Because another half-finished bottle was not the goal.
Then she compared the labels.

Here's What Made Still You Stand Out in This Label Check.
Among the four menopause formulas we compared, Still You was the only one that combined all three of our lead botanicals at individually stated amounts with a 20 Billion CFU probiotic system in one daily gummy.
Does that automatically make Still You “the best” for every woman? No. It makes it unusually easy to defend on the label.
Based on the labels we reviewed in August 2026, listed above with sources. Formulas change; check the bottle you are considering.

What Meryl Says She Noticed
This is one customer's experience. Individual experiences vary.
Each gummy contains:
Black cohosh 200 mg + soy isoflavones 200 mg + red clover 100 mg.
- These are the most-studied plants available for hot flashes and night sweats.
- A 2023 review of 22 studies with 2,310 women and a separate 19-trial review both showed real drops in how often hot flashes hit and how strong they feel.
- Every single batch of black cohosh is identity-tested so you get the real plant, nothing else.
L-theanine, saffron, rhodiola, and ashwagandha. No melatonin.
- These are the exact doses used in human trials that improved sleep quality within four weeks, lifted low mood and sleep-related problems in women aged 50–70, and raised menopause scores plus overall quality of life in eight weeks.
- This is what helps you fall asleep and stay asleep when night sweats and a racing mind keep waking you up.
Built around a sphaeranthus and mangosteen mix that already has two full placebo-controlled trials behind it, plus green tea, moringa, and gynostemma.
- Most menopause formulas skip this completely.
- The two-trial mix is already proven.
- The rest of the blend supports the wider changes happening in your body so the core ingredients can do their job better.
Four specific strains chosen for the digestive shifts that almost always show up at this stage of life.
- Most brands force you to buy a second bottle for this.
- We put the real strains right in the gummy and only claim results for the ones we actually use.
- No borrowed studies. No filler. Just the gut support you need while everything else is changing.
Meryl Was Not the Only Skeptic
I really did not want to buy another supplement. No fireworks, no overnight miracle. I just started having more decent nights around week 5, and now my nights have become much more predictable. Five stars because that's what I actually wanted.
I was pretty convinced this would be another 'maybe it works' purchase. I'd already tried another menopause gummy and melatonin. Around my second bottle I finally had enough better nights to stop calling it coincidence. I'm having more good nights than rough ones.
My test was work, not the sleep tracker. During the grocery run, I noticed I had a normal amount of patience. I've had enough mornings like that now that I reordered.

The Menopause Core, Broken Out on the Label.
For soy and red clover, 200 mg and 100 mg are extract weights, not measured isoflavone content. We say so because the difference matters when you compare against a study dose.

The Research Behind Each Part of the Formula
Every study below tested one ingredient on its own, at its own dose. None tested the finished Still You gummy, and we say so under every entry.
If the science only looks good when the limitations disappear, it isn't helping you decide.
- We cite all findings.
Black Cohosh · 200 mg
Why included: The most-studied botanical for menopausal comfort, including hot flashes and night sweats.
Research: A 2023 analysis of 22 studies (2,310 women) found benefit for overall menopausal symptoms and hot flashes (read the 2023 analysis). An older Cochrane review did not find a significant pooled effect (read the Cochrane review). The evidence is mixed, which is why the core is several plants rather than a bet on one, and why every batch is identity-tested as Actaea racemosa.
Soy Isoflavones · 200 mg
Why included: Plant compounds studied for comfort through the transition. Not hormones and not hormone therapy. Contains soy.
Research: A review pooling 19 clinical trials found soy isoflavones reduced hot-flash frequency and severity versus placebo (read the 19-trial review).
Red Clover · 100 mg
Why included: A second isoflavone source with a different plant profile from soy.
Research: A 2026 review pooling 9 placebo-controlled trials found a reduction in hot-flash frequency versus placebo (read the 2026 review). As with soy, 100 mg is extract weight, not measured isoflavones.
Relaxation + Rest Blend · 500 mg
Why included: L-Theanine, Saffron, Rhodiola and Ashwagandha, chosen for winding down and everyday stress, without melatonin.
Research: 200 mg of L-theanine a day improved sleep-quality scores within four weeks in a placebo-controlled trial (read the trial). A 2026 trial of 86 women aged 50 to 70 found a saffron extract improved low mood and sleep-related impairment, though the sleep-disturbance score itself did not beat placebo (read the saffron trial). In a trial of 100 women, an ashwagandha root extract improved menopause-rating and quality-of-life scores over eight weeks (read the ashwagandha trial).
Probiotics · 20 Billion CFU
Why included: Digestion often changes in the same stage of life and is usually sold as a separate bottle. Four organisms are included for digestive support.
Research: L. rhamnosus GG is one of the most-studied probiotic strains in the world. Where a trial tested a strain we do not carry, we do not borrow its results.
Balance Blend · 500 mg
Why included: Sphaeranthus indicus, Mangosteen, Green Tea, Moringa and Gynostemma, supporting the wider formula.
Research: A specific two-extract Sphaeranthus and mangosteen preparation has two placebo-controlled trials behind it (trial one, trial two). Our blend is its own five-ingredient mix, so we treat that as rationale, not proof.
How it is made
Do Not Decide Based on One Good Night.
Meryl gave it three months. Two bottles cover 120 days, and two bottles on your first order is what qualifies you for the 90-Day Trial Guarantee.
Research on these ingredients generally measures six to twelve weeks, and individual experiences vary.
Don't Ask “Does It Have the Ingredient?” Ask “How Much Am I Getting?”
You've probably seen the names already.
- Black cohosh.
- Ashwagandha.
- Probiotics.
- Maybe soy or red clover.
The ingredient name alone is not enough.
An ingredient name on the front tells you almost nothing about how much is actually inside.
That's why we stopped comparing ingredient lists and started comparing actual labels.
Before spending money on another menopause supplement, check:
- Is the amount actually disclosed?A familiar ingredient means less if you cannot tell how much is in the serving.
- What form or extract is being used?Research on one extract cannot automatically prove every product carrying the same ingredient name.
- Is the formula built around one concern or the wider transition?Menopause rarely shows up in one neat box.
- Can you inspect the research yourself? Not a “science-backed” badge. The actual studies.
- Does the company tell you what the research does NOT prove? That may be the most revealing test of all.
Still You was built to pass that kind of inspection.
You already know how easy it is to buy a beautiful bottle with a convincing ingredient list.
This time, don't start with the promise. Start with the panel.
- Check the amounts.
- Check the serving.
- Check the strains.
- Check the research.
- Check what the company admits the research does not prove.
Then decide whether Still You deserves your time.
Questions Women Ask Before Starting
Does it contain melatonin or hormones?
Neither. Still You is a non-hormonal dietary supplement. Soy isoflavones are plant compounds, not hormones, and there is no melatonin in the formula. It is not hormone therapy and not a replacement for anything prescribed.
Meryl is 53 and in menopause. Is “Peri Night” for me?
The formula was built around the changes women describe across perimenopause and menopause. The menopause core is the part with the most human research in menopausal women specifically. “Night” refers to when many women take it, not to who it is for.
Will I notice what Meryl noticed?
We do not know, and neither does anyone else. Meryl's experience is hers. Some women notice something in the first few days, some take longer.
Does it contain soy?
Yes. Soy isoflavones are one of the three lead botanicals, so Still You contains soy. If you have been told to avoid soy, this is not the product for you.
Is one gummy really the full serving?
Yes. The Supplement Facts panel states a serving size of one gummy and 60 servings per container. Everything on this page is what one gummy delivers.
Can I take it with medications or HRT?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first; this page cannot give individual medical advice. That matters most if you take hormone therapy, blood pressure medication, an antidepressant or any prescription, are pregnant or nursing, or have a hormone-sensitive, thyroid or liver condition.
How were competitor figures verified?
Every figure printed for another company comes off that company's own published Supplement Facts panel or the U.S. NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database, read in August 2026. Where we could not verify something we say “not confirmed” rather than guess.
What if a competitor changes its formula?

Meryl's letter, lightly abridged
I turned fifty-three last month. My mother went through menopause at fifty-one and spent the next decade trying everything her doctor offered. I have been thinking about that for a year.
I started noticing the signs six months ago. It didn't arrive dramatically. It came the way most things come — slowly, on its own schedule, waking me up at 2am, making me forget what I walked into a room for, making me feel like a stranger in my own body. For the months after that, I mostly kept trying to push through.
My mother is seventy-eight now. She spent most of her fifties cycling through prescription after prescription before she found something that worked with her body instead of against it. She has been telling me, in one form or another, for the last five years, that when my time came, I should not do what she did. Which was wait, then guess.
I went to my gynecologist in September. HRT was on the table. She told me the risks were lower than they used to be thought, and that they weren't zero, and that given my mother's history it was reasonable to want to try something else first. I drove home and sat at my kitchen table for a long time. Then I started reading. I am an administrator. I know how to evaluate evidence. I read for two weeks.
What I was looking for was something that took the full picture seriously — not just the hot flashes, not just the sleep, but the whole system.
The first thing I looked at was Estroven. The second was Amberen. The third was Menopace. The fourth was Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony. Then I looked at Still You, and this was where the comparison changed. Most of the supplements I had looked at seemed to make a choice: one symptom, one herb, or one narrow part of what was happening. At the center of Still You is a 500 mg hormonal support blend containing 200 mg of black cohosh root, 200 mg of soy isoflavones, and 100 mg of red clover. Then the formula kept going: another 500 mg blend of Sphaeranthus indicus, mangosteen, green tea, moringa and gynostemma; a separate 500 mg blend with L-theanine, saffron, rhodiola and ashwagandha; and 20 billion CFU of probiotics. Menopause was not affecting one isolated part of my body. Why would I look for a supplement designed as though it were?
Before I added anything, I called my doctor's office. The nurse pulled up my chart, confirmed there was nothing in my current medications that would conflict, and told me to go ahead. Before you add anything new, call your doctor or your pharmacist. If you are on any prescription medication, this is not optional.
I started on a Monday. The first two weeks I noticed nothing in particular. Around week three, I slept through the night. Around week five, the hot flashes were still happening, but less. Around week seven, I got through a full Thursday and drove home without the hollow exhausted feeling that had become my normal. Ray noticed before I said anything. He said: You've been yourself this week.
I want to be careful with what I am saying here. I had stopped the evening glass of wine. I was walking in the mornings again. There were several things changing at once. All I am telling you is that I added one formula to a long list of things I was already doing, and the months that followed were qualitatively different from the months that came before. That is the honest version.
At the three-month mark my doctor told me to keep doing what I was doing. I called my mother that night. She said: I am glad you didn't do it the way I did it.
I don't know your symptoms or your history. Some women notice something in the first few weeks. Some take longer. Some have symptoms that need clinical intervention that no supplement will address. Still You is not a replacement for your doctor. It is not HRT. It is one option for women who want to support their body through this transition, with ingredients that have been studied. Please call your doctor or pharmacist before you add it.

A note from Still You. Meryl's letter is her account, shared with her permission. We have trimmed sentences in which she characterized other companies' products, described medical results, or used dosing language we could not substantiate; everything else is her own wording. Where her description of another company's product differs from what that company's current label shows, the comparison on this page uses the label. The three itemized menopause-core amounts are printed individually; the other systems are printed as blend totals, and we do not claim individual amounts inside them. Her experience is hers, and individual experiences vary.
How we verified the comparison
Every figure we print for another company comes off that company's own published Supplement Facts panel or the U.S. National Institutes of Health Dietary Supplement Label Database, read in August 2026. Where we could not verify something, we say “not confirmed” rather than guess. “Not shown” means the amount was not shown on the label we reviewed, not that the ingredient is absent. Formulas change; check the bottle you are considering.
Estroven Complete Multi-Symptom — estroven.com product page and Supplement Facts panel.
Amberen Menopause Relief — U.S. NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database record.
Vitabiotics Menopace Plus — vitabiotics.com Supplement Facts. Menopace Plus discloses more individual amounts across its whole formula than Still You does.
Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony — happymammoth.com and the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database record. Lists ashwagandha and rhodiola among its botanicals, with no amounts shown.
Still You — printed Supplement Facts panel. The two supporting blends and the probiotics are printed as totals.
