These Terms govern your use of dailystillyou.com and anything you buy from Still You. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy through it.

“Still You”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the seller operating the Still You store. “You” means the person using the site or buying from us.

YOU AND THE PRODUCT

You must be at least the age of majority where you live and legally able to enter a binding agreement to buy from us. You are responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2Our products

Still You sells dietary supplement products. Please review the packaging, ingredients, Supplement Facts, directions and warnings before use. If anything on this website differs from the printed label supplied with the product, the label controls.

Still You products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and information on this website is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. People respond differently to dietary supplements. References to customer experiences, ingredient research or expected use periods do not guarantee you will get the same result. Customer reviews describe individual experiences and are not guaranteed or typical results unless we expressly say so.

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, Supplement Facts, pricing, photographs and availability accurate, but typographical, technical, pricing or display errors can happen. We may end or modify a promotion before an order is placed, and we will honour a promotion on an already accepted order on the terms presented when that order was placed.

8Shipping

Destinations, charges and available methods are shown at checkout, and you are responsible for giving us an accurate, deliverable address. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. If we cannot ship within a time we specifically promised, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.

9Returns and refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and the 90-Day Trial Guarantee is governed by the eligibility requirements and limitations stated there. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

10Subscriptions and recurring purchases

If we offer a subscription or recurring purchase option, the recurring price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method and any subscription-specific conditions will be disclosed before you enrol, and those additional terms form part of your agreement with us. We will not convert a one-time purchase into a recurring purchase without your authorisation.

By submitting content for publication you grant Still You a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format and use it in connection with our website, products, advertising and business, subject to applicable law and any permissions or disclosures required for advertising use.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, the law or our platform rules, and we do not promise to publish every submission. We never require a customer to express a positive opinion as a condition of submitting a genuine review.

14Intellectual property

The Still You name, branding, logos, packaging designs, website design, photographs, graphics, text, videos and other original material on this website are owned by or licensed to Still You and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website for ordinary personal shopping and informational purposes; no other licence or ownership right is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit, imitate or create unauthorised commercial uses of our protected materials without permission.

15Third-party services

Our store may use or link to services from third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers and social platforms. We do not control every third-party service, and your use of one may also be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

19Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier or transport disruption, labour disruption, government action, infrastructure failure, cyber incidents or similar events. This does not remove any cancellation or refund right the law gives you.

20Fraud and abuse

We may take reasonable action to protect Still You and our customers against fraudulent or abusive activity, including limiting quantities, cancelling suspicious orders, requiring verification, restricting accounts, or declining promotional or guarantee claims where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse.

21Consumer rights

These Terms operate only to the extent the law permits. If the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, those rights continue to apply.

22Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which the seller identified in our store contact information is legally organised, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not displaced by this section.
