Privacy policy
LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 21, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Still You collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies when you visit our store, buy from us, or contact us.
Still You is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the store and services to you. If this policy and our Terms of Service conflict, this policy controls for anything about collecting, processing or disclosing your personal information. By using the store you acknowledge you have read it.
What we collect
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include anonymous or de-identified information. Card and financial account numbers, payment details, transaction details, payment confirmation.
Username, password, security questions, preferences and settings.
Items viewed, carted, wishlisted, purchased, returned, exchanged or cancelled, and past transactions.
Whatever you include when you contact us, such as a support enquiry.
Device, browser, network connection, IP address and other unique identifiers.
How and when you interact with and navigate the store.
Where it comes from
How we use it
Who we share it with
- Shopify, vendors and service providers who work on our behalf — IT, payment processing, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfilment and shipping.
- Business and marketing partners, to provide marketing and advertise to you. We use Shopify to support personalised advertising based on your activity across different merchants and websites. They use your information under their own privacy notices. Depending on where you live you may have the right to tell us not to share your information for targeted advertising — opt out here.
- Third parties you direct us to, such as to ship you products, or through social widgets and login integrations.
- Our affiliates or others within our corporate group.
- In a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to meet legal obligations including subpoenas and search warrants, to enforce our terms, and to protect or defend the store, our rights and the rights of our users or others.
Our relationship with Shopify
The store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes information about your access to and use of it. Information you submit is transmitted to Shopify and to third parties that may be in countries other than yours. We also use Shopify enhanced features that draw on data from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify itself. For those features Shopify is responsible for processing your personal information, including responding to requests about it.
Third-party websites and links
If you follow links to sites we do not control, review their privacy and security policies — we do not guarantee and are not responsible for them, or for the accuracy of information found there. Information you post in public or semi-public venues, including third-party social platforms, may be visible to others without limitation on its use. A link from us does not by itself imply endorsement unless we say so.
Children’s data
The store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian of a child who has given us their information, contact us below and we will delete it. As of the effective date of this policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “sell” or “share” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of anyone under 16.
Security and retention
No security measure is perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee perfect security. Information you send us may not be secure in transit, so please do not use unsecure channels for sensitive or confidential information.
How long we keep your information depends on whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the store, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our contracts and policies.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live you may have some or all of the rights below. They are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and in some cases we may decline a request as the law permits.
Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
Request that we delete personal information we hold about you.
Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
Receive a copy of your information and ask us to transfer it to a third party, in certain circumstances and with certain exceptions.
Opt out of the “sale” or “share” of your information, or of processing for targeted advertising — here.
Unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link in our emails. We may still send non-promotional messages about your account or orders.
Global Privacy Control. If you visit our website with the GPC opt-out preference signal enabled, then depending on where you are we automatically treat it as an opt-out request for that device and browser, and apply it to your Shopify account where we can associate the two. Other than GPC, we do not recognise other “Do Not Track” signals. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
Exercise any of these rights where indicated in the store, or by contacting us below. To learn about rights relating to data processed by Shopify, visit privacy.shopify.com.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity first, as the law permits or requires. You may use an authorised agent, but we will require proof you authorised them and may still need to verify your identity directly. We respond in the time applicable law requires.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, contact us below. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us again, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in. If we transfer it out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or the equivalent issued by the relevant UK authority, unless the destination has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised version here, update the “Last updated” date, and give notice where the law requires it.
Privacy questions and data requests
For any question about this policy, our privacy practices, or to exercise any of your rights, email us.
