Shipping policy
Effective August 25, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how Still You orders are processed and delivered. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Where We Ship
The shipping destinations available to you, along with the available shipping methods, are shown at checkout for your address.
If a destination is not offered at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit your order. The rates and estimates shown at checkout for your order are the ones that apply.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless we specifically state otherwise for a particular service.
Order Processing
We pack and dispatch orders promptly on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from transit time. The total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the carrier's transit time.
Orders may take longer to process during promotions, high-volume periods, or where an order requires additional verification.
Packaging
Orders ship in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies the contents.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Tracking information can take up to one business day to begin updating after it is issued.
Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete and deliverable shipping address.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an address. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment. An address change is not confirmed until our support team tells you the change was made.
If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable, or because the package was refused or not collected, additional shipping charges may apply. Our Return & Refund Policy explains how these situations are handled.
Delays
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's hands.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, governmental actions, infrastructure failures or similar events.
If we cannot ship within a time we specifically promised, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the carrier's estimated delivery date, contact support@dailystillyou.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or a refund. You will not be responsible for return shipping when the problem resulted from our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
Taxes and any applicable duties or import charges are shown or described at checkout where they apply.
Where duties, import taxes or customs fees are collected by the destination country rather than at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can delay international deliveries and is outside our control.
Split Shipments
An order containing multiple items may occasionally ship in more than one parcel. You will not be charged additional shipping if we choose to split a shipment.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy when our services, carriers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
