These changes can start while your periods still come on time, which is why so many women rule perimenopause out. They can also come from other things, so your doctor is the right person to tell you what is going on.
We reviewed thousands of studies to build Still You.
We identified the ingredients and combinations with the strongest results for these issues, then used the studied doses and formulas to guide what goes into each gummy. You can see the key studies, doses, and findings here.

The win for me is school mornings. I used to be awake at 3:30 and then trying to pack lunches at 6:30 while wanting everybody to please stop talking 😂 This week I caught myself singing in the kitchen. Sounds dumb, but I feel more like me.

What the research says about each ingredient.
Black cohosh 200 mg in Still You
What they found: A 2023 review of 22 studies with 2,310 women found a moderate improvement in overall menopause symptoms and hot flashes compared with placebo. A 2012 Cochrane review, with a median dose of 40 mg a day, found no clear effect. We link both so you can read them.
Soy isoflavones 200 mg extract in Still You
What they found: A review that pooled 19 trials, with a median dose of 54 mg of isoflavones a day over 6 weeks to 12 months, found hot flashes came 20.6% less often and were 26.2% less severe than with placebo. Our 200 mg is the weight of the extract, not the measured isoflavones.
Taku et al., Menopause 2012 · PubMed 22433977
Red clover 100 mg extract in Still You
What they found: A 2026 review of 9 placebo-controlled trials, with 37 to 160 mg of isoflavones a day over 12 weeks to a year, found a small but real drop in hot flashes compared with placebo. Our 100 mg is the weight of the extract.

L-theanine in the 500 mg relaxation + rest blend
What they found: In a double-blind trial of 30 adults taking 200 mg a day for 4 weeks, sleep quality, time to fall asleep, and night-time waking were all better than with placebo. Anxiety scores were lower too.
Hidese et al., Nutrients 2019 · PubMed 31623400
Saffron in the 500 mg relaxation + rest blend
What they found: In a trial of 86 perimenopausal women taking 28 mg a day for 12 weeks, the menopause symptom score fell 32%, compared with 14% on placebo, and anxiety and low mood improved. It did not change hot flashes. A 2026 trial in 86 women aged 50 to 70 improved low mood and the daytime effects of poor sleep, though the sleep disturbance score itself did not beat placebo.
Lopresti & Smith 2021 · PubMed 34463070 · 2026 · PubMed 42389708
Ashwagandha in the 500 mg relaxation + rest blend
What they found: In a trial of 100 women aged 45 to 60 taking 300 mg of root extract twice a day for 8 weeks, the total menopause score fell 23.5%, compared with 10.9% on placebo, and quality of life improved. In a separate 10-week trial of 60 adults with insomnia, the share of time in bed spent asleep rose from 75.6% to 83.5%.
Gopal et al. 2021 · PubMed 34553463 · Langade et al. 2019 · PubMed 31728244
Rhodiola in the 500 mg relaxation + rest blend
What they found: In a trial of 60 adults worn down by stress, taking 576 mg a day for 28 days, burnout scores and the morning stress-hormone response were lower than with placebo, and attention improved.
Olsson et al., Planta Medica 2009 · PubMed 19016404
Additional botanicals 500 mg balance blend
What they found: A specific sphaeranthus and mangosteen mix, taken as 400 mg twice a day while everyone ate a 2,000 kcal diet and walked 30 minutes a day, has two placebo-controlled trials behind it. Waist size fell 11.9 cm, compared with 6.0 cm, at 8 weeks, and weight fell 5.1 kg, compared with 1.1 kg, at 16 weeks. Our balance blend is a five-ingredient mix, so we treat these results as the reason we included it, not as proof of our blend.

Probiotics 20 billion CFU
What they found: In a 5-month trial of 86 adults with IBS, a blend of strains that included L. rhamnosus GG cut the gut symptom score for pain and bloating by 37%, compared with 9% on placebo. That blend is not the same as ours, and we do not borrow results from strains we do not use.

Questions women ask before starting
My periods are still regular. Can I be in perimenopause?
Yes. Perimenopause is the run-up to menopause, and it often lasts several years. It usually begins while your periods still come on time. These changes can also come from other things, so your doctor is the one who can tell you what is going on, and any new, sudden, or severe change should be checked.
Does it contain hormones, melatonin, or sugar?
It has none of those. Soy isoflavones are plant compounds, not hormones, and there is no melatonin and no sugar in the gummy. It does contain soy, so if you have been told to avoid soy, this is not the product for you.
Can I take it with medications or hormone therapy?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. That matters most if you take hormone therapy, blood pressure medicine, an antidepressant, or any prescription, if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you have a hormone-sensitive, thyroid, or liver condition.
Are the doses the same as in the studies?
Black cohosh, soy isoflavones, and red clover are listed by amount on the label, and the relaxation and balance blends are listed as 500 mg totals. Each study entry above shows the dose used in the trial, so you can compare before you buy.
When should I expect to notice anything?
Give it a steady run of about 90 days. The studies behind these ingredients ran 4 to 12 weeks, and women who notice something usually say it built up over several weeks. Some notice nothing at all, and experiences vary.
How does the guarantee work?

Is this a subscription?
No. You buy it once, and nothing renews.
Why does the bottle say “Peri Night”?
That is the product name printed on the label and shown at checkout. “Night” is when many women choose to take it. The label says one gummy a day, and the formula was built for the perimenopause and menopause years.
One gummy a day for the perimenopause years.
