The 3 A.M. Wake-Up Is Only Half the Problem
The other half shows up the next morning.
The brain fog. The shorter fuse. The coffee that barely touches the exhaustion.
For a long time, it looks like a sleep problem.
But during perimenopause, the same transition that can disrupt your nights can follow you into the next day too.
And that changes what you do about it.
WHY THIS HAPPENS ↓Already know this pattern? See what we built for it →
You know this day.
3:14 a.m.Wide awake. Again.
9:10 a.m.You've read the same email twice and somehow still missed the question.
5:45 p.m.You snap over something tiny, then spend ten minutes wondering why you reacted like that.
So you treated it as a sleep problem. The wine went. The cooling pillow came. Magnesium, then melatonin, then the whole sleep-hygiene list. It half worked, for a bit. And on the rare night you did sleep straight through, the next day was still not quite right.
If the day were only the bill for the night, one good night should have paid it off. It didn't.
The night and the next day may be two halves of the same thing.
Perimenopause is the run-up to menopause. It often lasts four to ten years, and it can start while your cycle is still arriving on time. Nobody sits you down and tells you. But it explains both halves.
The transition is well known to disrupt sleep, and it tends to hit the back half of the night: later sleep is lighter, temperature swings cluster in the early hours, and stress reactivity rises. A small nudge wakes you fully. That is the 3:14.
The hormones behind this do not wind down in a smooth line. They swing, and the swings do not switch off at sunrise. Women in the transition commonly describe daytime changes in mood, concentration, word-finding and energy, on good nights as well as bad ones.
On a bad morning you are carrying two things at once: the shift itself, and the sleep you lost to it. Every sleep fix was aimed at falling asleep, or at one symptom from the outside. None of it touched the transition underneath.
A simplified illustration, not a measurement of any individual. The point is the shape: the swings are what make one day feel normal and the next feel like wading through glue.
Waking in the night can also be part of ordinary insomnia, and a change in sleep, mood or focus can come from many other things. This page describes a pattern. Only your doctor can tell you what is going on in your body.
That's why we stopped looking for another sleep supplement.
The problem was never just the hour we were awake. It was the bigger transition underneath the night, the morning and everything in between.
So Still You was built around that bigger picture.
One nightly gummy designed for women navigating the menopause transition.
The goal isn't to knock you out at 10 p.m. It's to support the transition that's making night and day feel less like you.

My test was work, not the sleep tracker. During my 9 a.m. meeting, I noticed my brain felt a lot less fuzzy. I've had enough mornings like that now that I reordered.

Her experience, not a promise about yours. Individual results vary, and some women notice nothing. Still You is not a treatment for brain fog, mood or tiredness.
Each of these answers one piece. None of them answers the transition.
L-Theanine · Saffron · Rhodiola · Ashwagandha

Black Cohosh 200 mg · Soy Isoflavones 200 mg · Red Clover 100 mg, cropped from the bottle.
What the label does and does not tell you
The menopause core is itemized ingredient by ingredient. The Relaxation & Rest Blend and the Botanical Blend are printed as 500 mg totals with every ingredient named inside, and the probiotics as one combined 20 Billion CFU count. We will not invent the individual splits, because the bottle does not carry them. Other ingredients: Water, Pectin, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Carnauba Wax, Natural Goji Flavor. 0 g total and added sugars. No gelatin, no artificial dyes. Contains soy.
2 bottles · 120 nights · $69 · Free U.S. shipping · 90-Day Trial Guarantee
Two bottles, because one cannot cover 90 nights.
A bottle is 60 gummies, so a real 90-night run always spills into a second bottle. Two bottles is what most women start with, and what the guarantee is built around.

Don't judge it by one night. Or one morning.
Nothing in Still You is built to knock you out, so night one will most likely feel like nothing at all. The research behind these ingredients measures what happens over eight to twelve weeks. Women who notice something usually describe a run of better nights somewhere in weeks four to eight, and it is their mornings that tell them. Some women go the whole twelve weeks and notice nothing. Individual experiences vary.
One gummy at night while you wind down. That is the whole routine.
Patterns over weeks, not one unusually good or bad day.
On your nights and your days. The guarantee is built around this window.
"I've bought supplements before and nothing happened."
Fair. We are not going to answer that by telling you this one is different because we say so. Here is what you can check for yourself:
- The menopause core is itemized at 200 / 200 / 100 mg, printed, not implied.
- It is built for the stage, not one symptom, because the transition rarely stays in one lane, and neither does your day.
- The research is published with its limits attached, including the studies that found nothing.
- You get 90 days to judge it, not two weeks and a hunch.
Everything you may want to check before believing us.
Every study here tested one ingredient on its own, at its own amount, in its own form. None tested the finished Still You gummy. Open any entry for the papers and their limits.
Soy Isoflavones · 200 mgStudied extensively in menopause research.
Plant compounds from the soybean. They are not hormones, and Still You contains no hormones. A 2012 analysis in Menopause pooled 19 clinical trials, at a median intake of 54 mg of isoflavones a day over six weeks to twelve months, and found hot flashes occurred 20.6% less often than with placebo and were 26.2% milder.1
What it does not prove. Still You holds 200 mg of soy isoflavone extract, and the weight of an extract is not the same as the amount of isoflavone measured inside it. Still You contains soy; if you have been told to avoid soy, this is not the product for you.
Red Clover · 100 mgHuman research on menopausal hot flashes.
A 2026 review pooled nine placebo-controlled trials using 37 to 160 mg a day of red clover isoflavones over twelve weeks to twelve months and found a statistically significant small-to-moderate reduction in hot-flash frequency versus placebo.2 An earlier double-blind trial in 30 postmenopausal women used 80 mg daily for twelve weeks and reported a further 44% drop in flushes in the red clover group.3
What it does not prove. Still You holds 100 mg of red clover extract, which is not the same as 100 mg of measured isoflavones.
Black Cohosh · 200 mgThe most-researched menopause botanical, with mixed evidence.
A 2023 review in Menopause covering 22 studies and 2,310 women found overall menopause symptoms and hot flashes improved versus placebo, though not anxiety or depressive symptoms.4 A placebo-controlled trial of 304 women found benefit on the main menopause rating outcome over twelve weeks.5
The catch. A 2012 Cochrane review looked at 16 trials and 2,027 women and found no significant pooled effect.6 The evidence really is split and changes from one form of the plant to the next. That is why the core of this formula is several plants rather than a bet on one, and why every batch of our black cohosh is identity-tested to confirm it is Actaea racemosa.
Relaxation & Rest · 500 mgIngredients individually researched for stress, sleep quality and menopausal wellbeing.
L-theanine at 200 mg a day for four weeks improved several stress-related measures and sleep-quality scores in a placebo-controlled crossover trial.7 A 2026 double-blind trial in 86 women aged 50 to 70 used 28 mg a day of a saffron extract for twelve weeks; depressive symptoms and sleep-related impairment improved versus placebo.8 A trial in 100 women with menopause symptoms used 300 mg of an ashwagandha root extract twice daily for eight weeks and found significant improvement in total menopause-rating and quality-of-life scores.9
What it does not prove. In the saffron trial, the one score that tracked broken sleep itself did not beat placebo. None of these are sleeping pills, and none treat insomnia, anxiety, depression or brain fog. Our label prints this system as a 500 mg total, so we do not claim the individual amounts match those trials.
Probiotics · 20 Billion CFUFour named organisms, printed as a combined count.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum. The label prints the total count for the blend rather than a figure per organism, so that is what we state, and we do not borrow results from strain-specific trials run on other products.
Testing and manufacturingcGMP, third-party batch testing, botanical identity.
Made under Good Manufacturing Practices (the federal cGMP standard for dietary supplements). Every production batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory against our quality specifications, with a Certificate of Analysis on file. Botanical identity is verified, including confirming the black cohosh is Actaea racemosa rather than a cheaper substitute species. Ask about a specific batch at support@dailystillyou.com.
Who it is probably not forRead this before you order.
You want something that works tonight, or clears tomorrow morning: this is not that, and anything promising it is selling a stimulant or a sedative. You are on hormone therapy and it is working: if HRT is right for you, take it. You avoid soy, or you have a hormone-sensitive condition. You need an exact studied amount of L-theanine, saffron or ashwagandha; ours sit inside one blend total. You want to have made up your mind inside two weeks.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist first. A change in sleep, mood or concentration can come from many things, some of which need a diagnosis and not a supplement. If you are on hormone therapy, blood pressure medication or an antidepressant, this conversation is not optional. It also matters if you are pregnant or nursing, or have a hormone-sensitive, thyroid or liver condition. Still You is not HRT, contains no hormones, and is not a replacement for medical care.

More mornings, in their words.
I didn't realize how much the bad nights were affecting the drive to work. This week I wasn't counting down to my next coffee. It sounds ordinary, but ordinary feels really good right now.

The first thing I noticed was during school drop-off: I had a normal amount of patience. Then it clicked that I'd had several better nights in a row. I'm a lot closer to myself than I was a few months ago.
Angelica R.August 17, 2026Verified purchase
My coworker said, 'whatever you're doing, keep doing it.' 😂 Apparently I'm not as miserable first thing in the morning. I knew I felt better, but hearing it from someone else was interesting.

Questions women ask before starting.
Will it fix my brain fog, my short fuse and the tiredness?
We do not claim that, and we would be suspicious of any supplement that does. Still You is not a treatment for brain fog, mood or fatigue, and nothing in it is a stimulant. It is built to support the stage of life underneath the broken night. What women describe first is usually a run of better nights. What that does to your mornings is yours to judge, over 90 days.
Will it knock me out?
No, and it was never built to. There is no melatonin in it and nothing that sedates you, which also means there is nothing to feel groggy from the next morning.
My periods are still regular. Can this really be perimenopause?
It can be. Perimenopause commonly starts while cycles are still arriving on time, and broken sleep in the small hours, with the flat day after, is among the earliest things women describe. A change in sleep or mood can also come from many other things, so your doctor is the one who can tell you what is going on in your body.
Is Still You hormone therapy? Can I take it with HRT or my medicine?
It is a non-hormonal dietary supplement and contains no hormones; soy isoflavones are plant compounds, not hormones. HRT is an important option for many women, and nothing here replaces it. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before combining it with hormone therapy, blood pressure medication, an antidepressant or any prescription, and if you are pregnant or nursing or have a hormone-sensitive, thyroid or liver condition. It contains soy.
How quickly should I expect to notice anything?
Please do not judge it on one night or one morning. The human trials behind these ingredients usually measure what happens over eight to twelve weeks, so give it a steady run of about twelve. Quitting at week two is the most common way to get nothing out of a formula like this.
What if it does nothing for me?
Then it does nothing for you, and that is a real outcome we would rather say out loud than bury. Start with two bottles, give it the full 90 days, and if it is not right for you, request your refund between Day 90 and Day 120 after delivery. One claim per customer or household; it is a refund of what you paid, not a promise of a result. Full terms →
Is one gummy really the full serving? Where do you ship?
Yes: the Supplement Facts panel states a serving size of one gummy and 60 servings per container. U.S. shipping is free and orders go out in plain packaging; destinations and any charges for your address are shown at checkout.

About this page. Still You wrote this page and sells the product on it. The ad that brought you here describes a pattern many of our customers have told us about in their own words; it is Still You speaking for that repeated pattern, not a quote from one named customer. The reviews on this page were written by people who took Still You; nobody was paid to write one, and individual results vary. Every study cited tested one ingredient on its own, and none tested the finished Still You gummy. The printed label is always the final word on ingredients, amounts, directions and warnings.
