Menopause rarely arrives as one neat symptom.

Women describe it on several fronts at once: temperature comfort, broken nights, mood and stress, digestion, and the broader metabolic shifts of midlife. A supplement built around one fashionable botanical answers a single front and leaves the rest to chance.

There is a difference between including an ingredient and building a formula around it.

Any brand can print a long ingredient list. What a list does not tell you is how much of the formula each idea actually received. Still You allocates 500 mg to a dedicated menopause botanical core, a separate 500 mg to a botanical system, 20 Billion CFU to probiotics, and another 500 mg to rest and stress. Four systems, each with its own space on the label.

The four systems

Where the formula actually goes.

500 mg
Hormonal Balance

Black Cohosh 200 mg · Soy Isoflavones 200 mg · Red Clover 100 mg

The menopause core — and the only blend on the label with every amount itemized.

500 mg
Botanical Blend

Sphaeranthus indicus · Mangosteen · Green Tea · Moringa · Gynostemma

A separate plant-extract system for broader midlife support, kept out of the menopause core.

20 BCFU
Digestive Support Probiotics

L. rhamnosus GG · L. reuteri · L. acidophilus · B. bifidum

Four probiotic organisms in the daily serving, instead of a second bottle to buy.

500 mg
Relaxation & Rest

L-Theanine · Saffron · Rhodiola · Ashwagandha

Because not every hard night is about temperature.

System one · the menopause core

500 mg, broken out on the label.

This is the part most menopause supplements keep vague inside a single total. Still You prints all three amounts, so you can compare it against any other label ingredient by ingredient.

Black Cohosh

200 mg

Actaea racemosa, root

The most-studied botanical in menopause research, and the reason most women recognize it on a label at all. It is here for overall menopausal comfort, including hot flashes.

A 2023 review in the journal Menopause pooled 22 studies covering 2,310 women and found significant improvement in overall menopausal symptoms and hot flashes versus placebo. A 2012 Cochrane review of 16 trials found no significant pooled effect. The evidence is genuinely mixed across preparations — which is exactly why the menopause core is not built on this one plant.

The part an ingredient list cannot show you. Black cohosh is one of the most frequently substituted botanicals in the supplement trade, often with cheaper Asian Actaea species that are not the plant the research studied. Every batch of Still You is identity-tested to confirm the black cohosh is Actaea racemosa. Two labels can read “black cohosh” and contain different plants.

Soy Isoflavones

200 mg

Glycine max, seed

Plant compounds from the soybean. They are not hormones, and Still You contains no hormones — isoflavones are simply shaped enough like estrogen to interact with the same receptors, which is why menopause researchers have studied them for decades.

A review pooling 19 clinical trials, at a median intake of 54 mg of isoflavones a day over six weeks to twelve months, found hot flashes occurred 20.6% less often than with placebo and were 26.2% milder.

Read this number carefully. 200 mg is the weight of the extract, not the measured isoflavone content — those are two different figures, and a label that lets you confuse them is telling you less than it appears to. Still You contains soy. If a healthcare professional has told you to avoid soy, this is not the product for you.

Red Clover

100 mg

Trifolium pratense, aerial parts

A second isoflavone source with a different plant profile from soy. It widens the base of the menopause core rather than doubling down on a single plant — the same reasoning that keeps black cohosh from carrying the system alone.

A 2026 review pooled nine placebo-controlled trials using 37 to 160 mg a day of red clover isoflavones over twelve weeks to twelve months, and found a statistically significant small-to-moderate reduction in hot-flash frequency versus placebo.

The evidence line

Ingredient research is not a trial of the finished gummy.

Plenty of brands print the word “clinically” and let you assume the product itself was tested. Here is the actual boundary, on both sides.

What we know
  • The exact amounts printed on the label, including all three menopause-core doses.
  • The human research behind each ingredient, cited with its dose, its population and its result.
  • Where that evidence is mixed — we publish the negative reviews alongside the positive ones.
  • What is in the gummy base, down to the flavor.
What we don’t pretend to know
  • That studies on an ingredient are a clinical trial of the finished Still You formula. They are not.
  • That a study’s extract and dose match ours exactly. Where they differ, we say so.
  • That every woman responds the same way. Nobody can honestly promise that.
  • Individual amounts inside a blend total, when the label does not state them.

System two

Botanical Blend · 500 mg

Sphaeranthus indicus (flower head) · Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana, pericarp) · Green Tea (Camellia sinensis, leaf) · Moringa (Moringa oleifera, leaf) · Gynostemma (Gynostemma pentaphyllum, leaf)

A second 500 mg system, deliberately kept out of the menopause core. Midlife brings metabolic changes that have nothing to do with hot flashes, and folding those plants into the same blend as the menopause botanicals would have meant less room for both.

Sphaeranthus and mangosteen are studied as a pair: two placebo-controlled trials used a specific two-extract preparation at 800 mg a day, alongside a calorie-aware diet and daily walking, and reported greater reductions in weight, BMI and waist measurement than placebo. That research is why the pair earned its place.

What that research does not say. Those trials tested a specific preparation at a different dose, in people who were also dieting and walking. The Still You Botanical Blend is its own five-ingredient 500 mg mix. Still You makes no weight-loss claims. The label shows this system as a 500 mg total, not an individual split, so we do not invent one.
System three

Digestive Support · 20 Billion CFU

Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG · Lactobacillus reuteri · Lactobacillus acidophilus · Bifidobacterium bifidum

Digestive comfort is one of the least-discussed parts of midlife, and it is almost always sold to women as a separate purchase: a second bottle, a second routine, a second monthly cost. Still You puts four probiotic organisms and 20 Billion CFU inside the same daily gummy.

The label prints the total count for the blend rather than a separate CFU figure for each organism, so that is what we state. We also do not borrow results from strain-specific probiotic trials run on other products.

System four

Relaxation & Rest · 500 mg

Not every hard night is about temperature. Some of it is a mind that will not settle at 3 a.m. This system exists so the formula is not assuming one menopause botanical solves the evening too.

L-Theanine

An amino acid from tea leaves. A placebo-controlled, double-blind trial in 30 adults used 200 mg a day for four weeks and reported improvement in several stress-related measures and in sleep-quality scores, including falling asleep.

Saffron

Crocus sativus, flower

A 2026 double-blind trial in 86 women aged 50 to 70 with low mood and poor sleep used 28 mg a day of a specific saffron extract for twelve weeks. Depressive symptoms and sleep-related impairment improved versus placebo; the sleep-disturbance endpoint itself did not separate, and we would rather tell you that than leave it out.

Rhodiola

Rhodiola rosea, root

A northern root with a long history of traditional use for stress and fatigue.

Ashwagandha

Withania somnifera, root

A placebo-controlled trial in 100 women with menopausal symptoms used 300 mg of a specific root extract twice daily for eight weeks and found significant improvement in total menopause-rating and quality-of-life scores versus placebo.

The limits. None of these are sleeping pills, and none of them treat insomnia, anxiety or depression. Each study used a specific extract at its own dose; the Still You label shows this system as a 500 mg total, so we do not claim the individual amounts match those trials.
Label transparency

Exactly what is disclosed, and exactly what is not.

Some brands imply every milligram is public. On this label, it is not — and pretending otherwise would be the easiest thing on this page to fake. Here is the real breakdown.

A buying standard

Before you buy another menopause supplement, read the back of the bottle.

These are the eight questions worth asking of anything you are comparing, Still You included. Take them to the next label you pick up.

How many servings do I have to take each day?

Still You: One gummy.

How long does one bottle actually last?

Still You: 60 servings — a 60-day supply at the labeled serving.

Are the important amounts disclosed, or hidden in a total?

Still You: The 500 mg menopause core is itemized — 200 mg black cohosh, 200 mg soy isoflavones, 100 mg red clover.

How much of the formula did each idea actually get?

Still You: Three separate 500 mg systems plus 20 Billion CFU — 1,500 mg across the three systems.

Does it address one piece of menopause, or several?

Still You: Four distinct systems — menopause core, botanical, digestive, and rest.

Are ingredient studies being passed off as a trial of the finished product?

Still You: No. The two are separated on this page and throughout the research library.

What else is in it besides the actives?

Still You: 0 g Total Sugars, 0 g Added Sugars, no sugar alcohols, no gelatin, no artificial dyes. Full other-ingredients list above.

Is the routine one I will still be doing in week ten?

Still You: One gummy, once a day.

If a label cannot answer most of these, that is worth knowing before you spend anything — on Still You or on anything else.

Quality

What we check, and what you can ask for.

  • Made under Good Manufacturing Practices. The facility follows the federal cGMP standard for dietary supplements.
  • Every production batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory — an outside lab, not us — against our established quality specifications, with a Certificate of Analysis kept on file.
  • Botanical identity is verified, including confirming the black cohosh is Actaea racemosa rather than a cheaper substitute species.

We keep the supporting documentation on file rather than filling this page with certificates and technical paperwork. If you want to know more about the testing behind a specific batch, ask and we will tell you.

The 90-Day Trial Guarantee

Enough time to actually judge it.

Three days tells you nothing about a formula like this. The guarantee exists so you can run it properly: start with at least two bottles on your first order, take it consistently for 90 days, and if it is not right for you, request a refund between Day 90 and Day 120 after delivery.

One bottle holds 60 servings, which is why the guarantee starts at a two-bottle first order — a single bottle cannot cover the trial it is built around. It is one claim per customer or household, and it is a refund of what you paid, not a promise of a particular result by Day 90.

Questions women ask before buying.

Why not just take black cohosh on its own?

You can, and for some women a single-ingredient product is the right call. The reason Still You is not built that way is in the evidence itself: black cohosh research is mixed across preparations, and menopause is rarely experienced as one symptom. A 200 mg black cohosh dose sits inside a 500 mg menopause core, which sits alongside three other systems. If you want only black cohosh, buy only black cohosh — just check that the label tells you the amount.

Why are there so many ingredients?

Because there are four jobs, not because a longer list looks impressive. Each system has a defined allocation on the label — 500 mg, 500 mg, 20 Billion CFU, 500 mg. That is the difference between a formula with structure and an ingredient list padded with dustings of trendy botanicals.

Why aren’t all the individual doses shown?

Because the label does not carry them, and we will not print numbers the label does not state. The menopause core is fully itemized at 200 / 200 / 100 mg. The Botanical Blend and Relaxation & Rest Blend are shown as 500 mg totals with every ingredient named inside, and the probiotics as a combined 20 Billion CFU. That is the honest picture, and it is the same one on the bottle in your hand.

Is Still You hormone therapy? Does it contain hormones?

No to both. Still You is a non-hormonal dietary supplement and contains no hormones. Soy isoflavones are plant compounds, not hormones. HRT is an important option for many women, and nothing here is a replacement for it, or for a diagnosis or medical care.

Does Still You contain soy?

Yes. The soy isoflavones come from the soybean, and the label states it plainly: Contains soy. If you have been told to avoid soy, this is not the product for you.

Does it contain sugar?

The Supplement Facts panel lists 0 g Total Sugars and 0 g Added Sugars. There are no sugar alcohols either. The gummy is a pectin base with natural goji flavor.

Can I take Still You with HRT or prescription medication?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. They know your history and your prescriptions; this page cannot give individual medical advice. That goes double if you are pregnant or nursing, or have a hormone-sensitive, thyroid or liver condition.

How long should I try it?

Long enough to see a pattern rather than a single good or bad week. The ingredient studies behind the formula ran from four weeks to twelve months, and the 90-Day Trial Guarantee is built so a two-bottle first order can cover a real 90-day run. That is an evaluation window, not a promised result date.

Does it work for everyone?

No, and any brand that tells you otherwise is selling you something. People respond differently to supplements. What we can tell you is exactly what is in it, at what amounts, with the research and its limits laid out — and give you 90 days to decide for yourself.

How is Still You tested?

It is made in a facility following Good Manufacturing Practices, and every production batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory against our quality specifications, with a Certificate of Analysis kept on file. Botanical identity is verified, including confirming the black cohosh species. We keep the paperwork on file rather than publishing it; email support@dailystillyou.com with a specific question and we will answer it.

Why does it cost more than a simple single-ingredient supplement?

Because you are buying four systems in one serving: a 500 mg itemized menopause core, a 500 mg botanical system, 20 Billion CFU of probiotics and a 500 mg rest system — plus third-party batch testing and identity verification behind them. Bought separately, a menopause botanical, a probiotic and a rest formula are three products, three routines and three monthly costs. A basic single-ingredient supplement is a perfectly reasonable purchase; it is just a different one.

Is one gummy really the full serving?

Yes. The Supplement Facts panel states a serving size of one gummy and 60 servings per container. Everything on this page — the 1,500 mg, the 20 Billion CFU, the 200 / 200 / 100 mg — is what one gummy delivers.
