Why So Many Menopause Supplements Look Impressive Until You Turn the Bottle Around
Formula review · Menopause gummies
The other menopause gummies hide the dose. This one prints it.
Then it works on the 3 a.m. night, not just the flash.
A note before the review
I know how hard this hunt is. You are not looking for another pretty bottle. You are trying to get a few nights back without becoming a full-time researcher, and the aisle does not make that easy.
Most of what follows is the review itself: how I read a menopause label, why one ingredient is not a complete plan, and how five well-known formulas scored when I turned them around.
Still You is the bottle that survived that process. I am not going to sprinkle shop buttons through an editorial. At the end of this piece I have attached the product page, the current offer as it stood at publication, and a handful of customer notes so you do not have to go digging for the same facts I already checked. Use them or close the tab. The method still holds either way.
You already know this is not “just getting older.”
You can still run a house and a job. You can still hold a room. And then 3 a.m. arrives like clockwork, your words drop out of your mouth in a meeting, and the woman in the mirror is someone you do not like.
That is not a personality change. That is midlife hitting more than one system at the same time. Heat. Sleep. Mood. Gut. The spark you keep waiting to come back on its own.
Most bottles talk to one of those. Then they hide the milligrams so you cannot tell if you even got that one.
The method
Turn the bottle around. The front is a sales page.
I did not review five menopause formulas by reading the claim on the lid. I turned them around and made them survive three questions. If a bottle fails one, it is a weak buy. If it fails two, you are paying for a story.
Question 1. Is this one plant — or more than one job?
A single-ingredient bottle can be honest. It can also leave you half-helped. Midlife does not show up as one tidy symptom. Heat support, night-waking support, mood support, and gut support are different jobs. If the formula is built on one star ingredient, it may take the edge off one lane and leave the 3 a.m. ceiling exactly where it was.
You do not need twenty names fighting for one tiny total. You do need more than one system with its own space.
Question 2. Are the real milligrams printed next to the names you came for?
This is where almost every brand ducks. They print black cohosh. They print soy. They print ashwagandha. Then they dump the names into a blend and give you one number for the whole pile.
That number is not the dose you think you bought. It is the weight of everything in the pile. If they will not print 200 mg next to black cohosh, you have no idea whether you got a working amount or a dusting.
Supplement Facts
One number for the whole pile. You cannot tell what you actually got.
Supplement Facts
Three separate lines. Three amounts you can read in the aisle.
The left panel illustrates the common proprietary-blend label format, where names are pooled under a single total. It is not a reproduction of, or a claim about, any named brand.
Question 3. Is the plant the real plant?
Not all black cohosh is Actaea racemosa, the root the studies actually used. Not all red clover is Trifolium pratense. If the label will not name the species and the extract, you are guessing. Brands skip that line because it leaves them room to use cheaper stand-ins.
Authenticity is not a feeling. It is a Latin name and a milligram count you can read with your phone flashlight in a drugstore aisle.
Why all three have to be true at once
The right plant in a baby dose is still a baby dose. A big dose of the wrong plant is still the wrong plant. Three good names with no numbers is still a mystery blend.
You have already paid for that pattern. The next bottle has to clear all three gates or you are buying another month of almost.
The scorecard
How five well-known formulas answered those questions
O Positiv, Estroven Complete, Provitalize, Hormone Harmony, and Still You. Different bets. Not a morality play. Only one of them printed the three foundation doses, named the plants, and still fit in one daily gummy.

What that table means in plain language
O Positiv
The honest narrow choice. It prints what it uses. It also gives you 40 mg of black cohosh against 200 mg, skips soy and red clover, and asks for two units a day. Fine if you only wanted one lane. Not a full night.
Estroven Complete
Picked one standardized active and a cheap caplet. That is a specialist. It does not own rest, gut, or a second and third botanical.
Provitalize
Leads with a giant probiotic number. If your gut is the whole problem, that is a lane. It is not 200 / 200 / 100 of the three plants this review is built on.
Hormone Harmony
Wins at list length. List length is not a dose. Names without milligrams are how women spend a month of grocery money on a story.
Still You
The only one that prints the three foundation doses, gives rest its own 500 mg, gives gut 20 billion CFU, and still asks you for one gummy.

The formula
What is actually in the gummy I kept coming back to
1,500 mg across three jobs, plus 20 billion CFU. Not twenty names fighting for one 500 mg total. One gummy. Once a day. Zero grams of added sugar.
200 mg black cohosh root extract (Actaea racemosa), 200 mg soy isoflavones, 100 mg red clover (Trifolium pratense). Those three lines are why the other bottles lost.
Rest is the lane most “hot flash” gummies pretend does not exist. Brain and body wide awake. Zero sleepiness. Then a whole day exhausted but not able to nap.
The evidence
What the human studies found on those plants
These are ingredient studies, not a trial of the finished gummy. I am citing them because they are the reason those milligrams are not decoration.
Black cohosh
2023 meta-analysis in Menopause. 22 studies. 2,310 women. Extracts linked with fewer overall symptoms and fewer hot flashes versus placebo. The Still You panel carries 200 mg.
Soy isoflavones
2012 meta-analysis of 19 randomized trials. Extracted soy cut hot-flash frequency 20.6% and severity 26.2% versus placebo. The panel carries 200 mg.
Red clover
2026 GRADE meta-analysis. 9 placebo trials. Small-to-moderate drop in flash frequency. One double-blind trial showed a 44% drop in the active phase. The panel carries 100 mg.
Ashwagandha
100 perimenopausal women. 8 weeks. Double-blind. Better menopause-rating and quality-of-life scores versus placebo.
Saffron
86 women, ages 50–70, low mood and poor sleep. Double-blind. Better mood and less daytime damage from bad nights versus placebo.
L-theanine and rhodiola
Randomized trials on stress symptoms and stress fatigue.
The objection I hear in clinic, and the honest answer
Someone has already told you the body is crying out for hormones, not herbs. On the medical point they are not wrong. If you can get hormone therapy, and it is right for you, that is the strongest tool in the building.
Most women never even raise this with a doctor. Plenty who do get told they are too young, or leave with an antidepressant they did not ask for, or find the clinic they wanted does not take their insurance.
A non-hormonal gummy is not a replacement for that prescription. It is what a lot of women use in the years in between, or beside a prescription they already have. Still You does not pretend otherwise, which is part of why it survived this review.
What waiting actually costs
Another month of 3 a.m. is not free. That is thirty more ceilings. Thirty more mornings you start already tired and already sharp with the people you love.
One more month of deciding
30 nights. That is what another round of reading costs, and it is the same thirty nights a formula would have spent building.
The plants in a formula like this build over weeks. Reading another label is not the same as giving one honest bottle the same window the trials used. Staying the woman who almost started is usually the expensive choice.
If you want the shortest path from this review to the bottle
I know how difficult it is to treat this chapter of life and to tell one menopause supplement from the next. That is the whole reason for the three questions above. Once you have them, you should not have to open twelve tabs to find the formula that passed.
To make that part easier, I am attaching the Still You product page here, along with the current 120-Day Reset details as they stood when this review was updated, a short set of customer notes, and the quality points I verified. It is the same bottle I scored first in the table. I am including the link so you can read the panel yourself, not so this page turns into a storefront halfway through.

Open the 120-Day Reset · $6990-day trial. First orders of two or more bottles were covered by a 90-day trial — take it daily for 90 days, then write support@dailystillyou.com between day 90 and day 120 if it is not right. One-bottle first orders were not covered, which is consistent with how short a 30- or 60-day taste really is.
One-time purchase. No subscription required. Arrives in about 7–10 business days after you confirm.
Other sizes listed on the same page: one bottle at $49 for 60 days, not covered by that trial. Three bottles at $89, or $29.67 each, for 180 days, covered. View all sizes · Guarantee terms
Customer notes I kept because they sounded like clinic, not advertising
These are individual experiences. They are not a substitute for the label or the papers. People vary.
Three o’clock used to own me. Wide awake. Hot. Already short with everyone. My neighbor started the gummies and I watched her laugh again. I told myself I was fine. I was not.
Now I sleep through the night. The flashes quieted. The edge came off. You can start now or you can keep standing still.
My husband kept saying I had changed. I was mean. I was always mad. I could not tell if I was crazy or justified. Then 3am would come and I would be up for good, sometimes changing my shirt, sometimes just staring at the ceiling.
A woman in my walking group looked lighter after she started these. I felt left behind and that is what made me order. The wakeups ended. The hot flashes eased. I can get through a conversation without the mood swinging out from under me.
I missed me. I am not missing her anymore. You do not have to wait as long as I did.
I used to pride myself on being the strong one. I raised three kids. I ran a household. I thought I could handle hot flashes and mood swings the same way. I was wrong.
The nights got longer and the days got shorter and I started turning down invitations because I never knew when the heat would hit or when I would snap. My sister started Still You and I watched her laugh again. Real laugh, the kind that reaches her eyes. I kept telling myself I did not need gummies. That sentence cost me almost a year.
When I finally tried them the difference was not dramatic on day one. It was quiet. I woke up and the sheets were dry. I made it through a whole conversation without losing my train of thought. I looked in the mirror and recognized the woman looking back.
My sister is now two seasons ahead of me in feeling like herself. I am catching up. You can start today or you can keep telling yourself the same story I told myself. One of those choices leaves you standing still while everyone else moves forward.
I became someone short and foggy in my own house. Then three a.m. would come and I would be up for good, sweating and turning small things into fights.
A woman in my walking group looked lighter after she started these. I felt jealous and that is what finally made me order. The wakeups ended. The heat eased. I can get through a conversation without the mood swinging out from under me. I lived the long version of this story. You do not have to.
I am so happy i got these. It does take time to see results, but when you do, there is no going back. I got these right before summer. Its July and I haven’t gotten a hot flash or even sleep issues this entire month!!

Fit and the usual cautions
This formula is the one I would look at first if you are in perimenopause or menopause, you want botanical non-hormonal support, you are tired of proprietary-blend labels, and you want one daily routine instead of a pile of bottles.
Worth a closer look if you
- Are in perimenopause or menopause
- Want botanical, non-hormonal support
- Are tired of proprietary-blend labels
- Want one daily routine instead of a pile of bottles
Ask your own clinician first if you
- Take prescription medication, including HRT
- Have a liver that is monitored
- Are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive
- Have a soy allergy — this formula contains soy
It is not a hormone and it does not contain estrogen. One gummy is the serving because the three foundation amounts live inside that serving. Night, with a habit you already keep, is the simplest way to take it.
How I would use this if it were my sister
I would not send her five links. I would send her the three questions, the table, and the one bottle that passed. Then I would tell her to give it the same window the studies used, not a long weekend.
That is all the attached page is for. The review is the method. The link is so the method has somewhere to land.
Gynecologist and independent menopause researcher. Labels and published human research were scored on ingredient relevance, how the milligrams were allocated, whether the plant was named, and whether a woman could keep the routine. Every study cited is ingredient research and identified as such.
